Alton, can you clarify for us the $24.55 bv from your 9/11 -10:17am message. I believe this was your calculation based soley on the valuation of the land itself. Would you now , for all of us , do your calculation based on Wall Streets' accepted practices, including all that we know to date.In fact so we don't" garble" the number , give us the # at the $450mil land value, and then a higher # based on your best guess at the newly appraised land value.(your best, but conservative appraisal).In summary, humor us (conservatively) as to where a Wall Streeter would say this stock price should be, assuming the DA has been signed , sealed and delivered.
