Hi, Al. I'm no expert, but keep in mind that the float will increase as we excercise our warrants as the price jumps past $5 and then $10 (hopefully in short order!). But I have no idea how many shares that would represent as I haven't looked at the recent filings. I'm sure the info is out there. So that would help the float somewhat.

As far as institutional thinking vis-a-vis # of shares outstanding ... anyone else out there have thoughts on that?
