Only 3,000,000 shares were sold ( as I recall) during the rights exercise. My case illustrates that this does not mean there are 3,000,000 warrants . I was able to purchase over the stock allocation. However, warrants were only awarded to the number of shares held at the date of the exercise. So while I doubled my shares I only hold 50% in warrants. unfortunately the rights were not sellout . Even if there are 3,000,000 warrants at each price , our float will be in the neighborhood of 19 million shares. Still too few shares. A large buy order from a fund would drive the price high and a sell order would crash the stock. Funds don't want that dynamic. I think we will either go through a round of splits or be bought out by a Omanian private equity fund.
