Qwerty, please expand a bit on your comment below, in the context of OMAG's current "Deal Agreed Upon" situation.

You said, "I have dealt with middle eastern countries in the purchasing of consumer goods for many years and they will almost never say "we pass" they wait until we have had enough and quit trying to make a deal."

Do you believe that this is what is happening now with Omagine--that the MOT will just keep delaying things until management finally gives up and goes away?

As we all know, management has had vast experience dealing the cultural nuances of the region. Would they invest so much of their personal time and resources to get this project going if they sensed a stall? Your point is interesting, however.
