It's my understaning that the stock price has to stay above four for ? days to be listed on the NASDAQ . That would the time when index funds might be required ( their by laws ) to hold the stock. Look how the price went up early today with a volume of 300 shares. The one fundametal we can't avoid is small float and price volatility * in response to a meager volume.

I have no idea what norms apply otherwise. This is the first time I have been in early stages of a company.
