That's what I thought, but who knows - they always put a stumbling block in front which adds a new "POSSIBLE" signing date. I hope November 18th. is the actual signing date. I believe if it goes into 2013 without a signing, we the investors along with management are being played and no matter what management does it won't happen.

I once said many many months ago, we are playing in the Omani court with all of the referees being Omanis, with their ball and their bat, so they make all the rules and can change the rules for their benefit at will.

We are just puppets and they pull the strings.

I have dealt with middle eastern countries in the purchasing of consumer goods for many years and they will almost never say "we pass" they wait until we have had enough and quit trying yo make a deal.

I truly hope I am wrong, Management has put a whole lot of time, money and effort to make this a reality and would hate to see it go down the tube.

PLUS I WOULD HAVE LOST MANY MANY DOLLARS.
