Thank you for your response .My initial reaction to the 10q was not as positive as you view it .You may well be correct ,however .I have been in this stock well prior to the reverse split,and have lived with all the delays .I really believe the govt does not want this deal or they ultimately want a bigger piece of the pie and we will have our shares diluted.We all have our own investment strategies ,remember ,the stock is at .40 pre reverse split
