I'm not disagreeing with these comments, but considering they may be reading these comments, we may want to be a bit more circumspect. Also, since the MOT are NOT our business partners, is there any reason for anyone to expect them to care about our profits (or losses)?

However, I would think they should care about their endless delays and the impact that might have on their own performance reviews given their bosses (the sultan) has repeatedly pressed them to get on with this project.
