Gentlemen:

There is no right time or any time. We are being used by the powers to be (omani Govt officials). Lets call a spade a spade. This is an excellent project one of the best in Oman if not the best. I hope I'm wrong but the MOT has no desire to make our project real now, next month or next year.

They pray that we pack up and go home sp they will save face.

If we have the rca on our side we would tell them to put up or shut up and lets go forward.

Maybe payoffs are plentiful for whomever wants to be on the govt side.
