We should be hearing something soon, I would think, in terms of an update on if and when a meeting with MOT has occurred ... that mtg was to clear away all remaining obstacles (just like last summer), and to set a date for the DA signing.

We'll either hear that MOT is sticking to their muskets or have seen the light. Hard to omagine that they'd insist on the conversion of LLC BEFORE the DA gets signed. But, as we all know, that's a different part of the world over there!
