All I can say is there are stock holders who are pessimestic that the MOT is just playing us.

So they see the stock is up and they sell. I only hope that this time they really do sign the DA and we go forward and then the small profit makers will kick themselves in the ass.

BUT if another delay comes into effect this time. the stock will actualy be a PENNY STOCK, back to pennies a share with no hopes of ever going up just preparing the paperwork to a business vrnture gone bad.

LETS BE OPTIMESTIC AND FRANK WILL GIVE THEM A GOOD ASS KICKING IF THEY DON'T SIGN ON THE 22nd.
