"Who will buy all the shares people have been bagging?"

If that's your view then sell your shares now! before others start selling.

The company is the project. No DA, No Project, No OMAG. (period!) No one is expecting a fall back plan.

"Even if the DA gets signed, I think it will be very difficult to sell shares."

In the past getting close to a DA signing has moved the SP. But if you are skeptical...see above.

So unless you are shorting the stock I don't see the purpose of this post.
