Qwerty - I hear what you're saying and don't have the experience to agree or disagree with you. But I have to believe that, if Frank really pushed hard, he could force their hand to move now. I am not upset, as you are, that we haven't been told about latest developments. Management's views have ALWAYS been to only advise when something material occurs. If they were to spend the time updating us repeatedly, (1) it would slow them down, (2) it could set a precedent requiring them to provide details in the future that, if they didn't, could open them to liability if something went wrong. So I'm ok with the radio silence. But I'm not OK with the head of the MOT not keeping his word. I'm only 1/2 Arabic, and have never been to the middle east, but my understanding is that honor is important over there. Enough is enough, there are no longer any issues. They need to simply sign the agreement so that the project can proceed. Enough said.
