Agree on both counts (gray hair and impolite to push). But I think Frank's already gotten to the push part ... when (if not before) he asked his excellency what he should tell his irate shareholders ... Also, it was the minister from the RCA (I think) that pushed a few months ago re the conversion of the LLC issue when he suggested he would go to the highest authority (I'm guessing someone's mother or perhaps the sultain himself). Perhas Frank should (probably already is) enlist this person's help now.

So now is the time to keep that line of approach going. We'll see.
