One, notice how the article mentioned that construction is just underway. I think that is what its going to take for Omagine to get done. Also, how revisionist is our history? This year, Frank got an article about him and Omagine in the newspaper. There was press on omagine in 2013. Let's take a step back and understand the glacier pace of business. We don't know how long it took for that deal to get done.

Alton, I hear you and understand the frustration. I'm annoyed too, but we always have to remind ourselves how slow everything moves in Oman. Meetings aren't a consistently week long negotiation. It takes months, and the months turn into years when people make mistakes on transformation rules, or MOTs dying, or new MOTs coming into the picture.

The RCA is pissed that this deal isn't done. Hopefully their involvement and clout will help this process through this summer.
