ROME WASN'T BUILT IN A DAY

I sense a modicum of discontent and disillusion in our troops. Don't despair. Remember, the Omagine Project wasn't built in a day...or ever. I have come up with a plan to rectify the situation. Plan A: Provide His Excellency, the MOT, with an incentive to sign the DA by inviting him to New York to attend the proposed celebration lunch/dinner (including a trip to Disney World in Orlando). Maybe we can borrow Air Force One to transport His Excellency. In the unlikely event Plan A doesn't work, we move on to Plan B in which we just continue to vent our frustration, and our disappointment in His Excellency.
