I talked to Charlie on Monday, and he sounded very upbeat. After talking with him, my confidence level is a little higher than most. I can't speak for him either, but I feel confident that the DA will be signed. I base it on these facts: 1: the under secretary gave the info to the MOT minister. 2 He confirmed that he would sign shortly (remember that the MOT has been changed completely) they want all the T's crossed. 3. (2) copies were sent to the MOT prior to Frank's departure. 4. The administration in oman is very slow and deliberate, but I believe will come through on their word unless some disaster comes along. 5. Our project is a mega project, and the last mega project approved was 5 years ago. 6. The fact that we are on the list of the trade show attendees coming in Sept. says a lot. 7. The RCA is engaged as well. 8. Our company is fully committed to getting this done, and is working very hard. 8. When the DA is signed, the company has the obligation to let the investors know either way within 4 days. There, I've said enough.
