Thank you, Agoracom. Management's response, as always, is consistently the same ... so no surprise there. FYI for everyone ... next quarterly report is due out mid-August (usually 45 days after quarter's end).

As to the 75% confidence comment and Charlie's response. I last spoke with Charlie a few weeks ago and, while I dare not speak for him, my sense is he's frustrated as well. My guess is that his comment about the "low confidence" is just frustration. Management has always (in their published financial statements) listed as a material negative event the possibility of the DA not getting signed. But we all knew / know that.

Lastly, I would list my confidence level at around 75% as well. I have conflicting feelings on this because everything, including logic, points to a signing. So that's 100%. But the lack of action and the continual show of ineptness by the MOT point to 40%.
