CLASH OF THE TITAN9S

No drama is worth its salt without conflict. We have here our own in-house Clash Of The Titans. We have two giant adversaries battling to predict the future of the Omagine Project. In one corner, we have Alton, the perennial bull (until recently, perhaps) with a positive spin favoring the signing of the DA. In the other corner, we have his formidable opponent, QWERTY, our in-house devil's advocate, who, with his "end of the world" perspective, reasonably justified by a dilatory MOT and his seeming lack of good faith, concludes that the DA will remain unsigned.

How will this drama play out? How will this saga end? Will there ultimately be a signing of the DA, or will the Project just die a slow death? MOT ONLY KNOWS!
