so on 8/7 ramadan is over. the MOT won't go back to work for 10 days after 8/7. The quarterly comes out again with the same sit and wait or another stumbling block the MOT put before Frank to prolong his agony. If there was good news Charlie would definately tell, if there was bad news he is also obligated to inform. No news and Charlie sits quiet.

I'm hoping for the best out of all of this situation.
