Gibby, you missed my point and I did confess ,up front, that my answer was trite. Sooooo let me try it again. We ARE closer to the decision of whether they sign, OR DON'T SIGN, the DA. Closer than at any time in history!! Silly but true. Hopefully this clears it up. ---BILL
