Well, considering we came within a nickel of $5.00 sometime last year on just hopes of the DA being signed shortly, I would think the $5 threshold would be hit within days. But again, the market never asks me for my opinion!

And I wouldn't be surprised if it took a while before we saw the higher valuations come into play. The land has to be valued and contributed to LLC before it can be considered. But certainly, if progress is made on the "Financial Date" and "Draw Date", which would trigger positive movement, then I would suggest that the market would not be unreasonable in looking forward to the impact of the land "grant" to LLC. That's because the market would be able to see that we are finally making material progress.
