Nick, thanks for the link. I thought we were on our 4th MOT, it's scary to know there were 3 other Ministers since the passing of the first one! That would make it difficult for any project to get approved in any country.

It is a heavy factor when it comes to finalizing this deal. I couldn't imagine the angst and frustration that Frank has gone through when he has to start the process all over again. Some MOTs may not have had any prior knowledge of the project, some may not have supported the project, and some may have been too afraid to inch the project forward. Our patience will be rewarded.

Alton, the RCA are our best friends right now. To have one division of the government push another is pretty valuable at this point. I'm excited to see the progress in the coming months.
