You will not find an MOT staff that will set up their new office, look at this deal, and get it signed in a few months. That is not how their government works. It's bureaucratic and slow. It would restart the process all over again.

An MOT that has said as much as this one has is better than the unknown. There was a Minister who was so corrupt he let this deal sit for an entire year with absolutely zero movement.
