Yeah, I like the idea of expanding my rock home! Nothing like a pity party with lots of people to commiserate with!

The quarterly filings are due out no later than 45 days after the quarter's close. They can come out sooner, if available. So next filing is due no later than 11/15/2013. My guess is we'll see it 8-10 days sooner and there will be no news.

Before, we had to wait for one guy to sign the DA. Now we have to wait for several to write letters to another guy who then has to write his letter to the head of the DA ... who has promised to then sign the DA "...immediately ..." (I think that's what the last 10Q said).

So, I think we'll need to expand our rock community.
