we are all frustrated and very annoyed. We can't blame frank and CO. I dealt with these middle easterners before. It's there ballpark, their empires, their rules and their bats and ball. Yoiu are just a lowlife trying to make a buck working with them. If they decide to go forward don't expect the rewards you were thinking you were or are entitled to, you wn't get it. When the time comes to actually signing the DA or any type of contract it was a 50/50 deal but if you want it signed its 90/10 their favor or hit the road jack.

I hae learned dealing with them for many many years you go in 3x want you want and you get 30% at the end, so you actually came out with what you really wanted. BUT that was before the internet.
