The fact that the quarterlies are reruns ... with new episodes just showing a different version of the prior show (i.e., latest reason MOT hasn't signed), and that mgmt has repeatedly said they will only provide interim updates if there is something material to report, and since they haven't said anything since the last quarterly update ... means no news is bad news. It hasn't been signed ... yet.

Charlie could regal (sp?) us with everything they're doing to get this signed, but at the end of the day, the ink hasn't hit the paper. So does it really matter (sheesh, I sound like Hilary!)? We all know what's going on. Nothing. Frank and Charlie are working behind the scenes and the MOT isn't budging until they get their proverbial .... covered.

Sorry, but that's all there is to it. Little hope and we're all in a death spiral. Bill, I know you're an eternal optimist, but I think you're the only one. So much for an early retirement. I'm an idiot.
