The only reason I am still positive about this project is,...

The Oman Ministry has not approved a single project that even remotely resembles this one for the past 6 years.

The Country realizes that tourism is growing at an enormous rate. Their airport and flights are expanding at a very high volume.

ITC's are needed to support the volume. Muscat Hills and the Wave are the only projects they have approved . Look as to when.

I believe in the Project only because of what I've read in the past years and the people that are promoting this. I am also aware of the stumbles we have taken and the previous birthdays that would have been great for the signing. The Sultan bought in years ago too.

There is NO doubt the risk is a big gamble. GET IN OR GET OUT!

I still think it will be signed before the Health Care site works!
