I have an idea why this is so. I believe that because we are not on nasdaq we don't have new investors. The investors we have are stretched to their limit. Therefore we only see a few $$ exchanged with no new money to cause the stock to go higher. After the DA is signed, we may still be in the same situation for awhile until the stock inches up into the $5 range or with increased publicity in which case we will see the take off.
