It was only conjecture that I made the remark. Someone asked a question, probably as a quip, what the next holiday excuse was coming up. I just responded that the Sultan's birthday was soon. The conjecture is that if I were the Sultan, I would say, " I think I will have Omagine as my present", therefore MOT get on the stick and sign this thing so I can be happy.
