I love the term "Final MOT DA letter". As much as I am an eternal optomist I can't see the Mot finishing this process by Dec. 15. Clerical will be the delay and I am betting around Valentines Day for conclusion . Compared to the years we all waited, a few more months for conclusion is a piece of cake. This will light up our spring and lead us to a great hot summer.
