I spoke to Omagine last year about listing the warrants so we could buy/sell them. They were interested in letting them trade, but only if they didn't have to spend a lot of money on the process. For the warrants to trade, a market maker must submit a 15c2-11 (Form 211) application to FINRA and agree to make a market in the warrants.

From what I've been told, most market makers don't want to do this unless they have an investment banking relationship with you. Since Omagine doesn't have an investment banker, nobody seems to want to help them out.

I believe the warrants can currently be traded privately - if you could find someone willing to sell...
