I'm no expert on this, but I am assuming that most people who know of this stock and it's story all recognize that we've been burned many times before and so are hesitant to add shares until the ink hits the paper.

Most of us have already loaded up more than we probably should have and don't want to add to our risk profile.

It's still a penny stock with a very, very thin float.

Less than 10 days to go before the guy leaves Oman ... hopefully AFTER signing the DA.

Like I said to Bill, we'll know very soon if we're in Armageddon or Paradise (or something to that effect).
