The Minister opined that he thought it was possible for the DA to be signed by the end of 2013, although he did say he would be out of the country from December 15, 2013 through January 6, 2014.

Here are the code numbers for the countdown sequence to begin.

I prefer this year myself. Bills right. It's going to take years to build. I want to be able to live long enough to visit.
