Yes, because the masses that move a stock have always been correct about the value of a company. We're expecting an OTC stock to behave like a NASDAQ stock. Thats not going to happen here. When it is signed, it'll skyrocket. Until then, I personally don't care if it goes lower. Just keep buying shares and make that much more when it's all done.
