Yes, a fair amount of additional stock not yet issued. But a lot of it will be going to management and they likely would keep almost all of it. As for the split and more runups, I don't think a split would make much difference other than increasing the number of shares available for mutual funds, etc. (way down the road). A split doesn't change the value of the company nor the market capitalization. Whatever the market believes OMAG is worth, that's what the price divided by the number of outstanding shares will show. Whether 14 million shares or 28 million shares, total market cap is not affected.
