I said I would not pick on you this year, however to compare Carl Icahn to Frank is pure stupid.

Icahn is a billionaire with a hedge fund with mega billions who can buy substanial amount of shares as with the case of apple then get on their board and force a share buyback. Frank can not force the government of Oman to do anything, here pure diplomacy is needed as we are merely guests in their country with this deal. Did you ever here the expression "you can't fight city hall", well you can't force any government to bend to commercial pressure from a guest in their country for the benefit of a few share holders, uterly stupid. Frank is doing exactly what he has to do , stay in the game clear all their hurdels and at the end "hopefully have a deal".
