Franks hands are tied. If they want to proceed the MOT will, if not they will prolong this game (which is what they have been playing for months if not years).

I believe I may have told this story before, I was buying cotton in Egypt for years and one day the tables changed - new players. I would actually conclude my business within a weeks time. With the new players I couldn't get straight answers for a solid 2 weeks. By the third Monday I called in my spy confident whatever you want to call him and i was told they7 do not want to sell the USA this cotton anymore due to obligations in Europe. At the meeting that afternoon I put it on the table and asked the top gun there if we are going to do business or waste everyones time. He said "Oh no we want to do business with you. I then gave him the price they were asking for and stood up to shake his hand and he then said he couldn't accept this offer at the present time. when i asked why, he and his followers got up and started to leave.

I then took the chair that i was sitting on and threw it through the glass walls in the office we were sitting on the second floor. Needless to say there was glass all over the place and i was escorted out of the country never to return. If i attempted to return they would arrest me for whatever.

FRANK HAS HIS HANDS FULL AND I AM SURE HE IS 100% BEHIND ALL OF US.
