Thanks for opening the door to the meaning of SEDA. It was always a puzzle to me. It's a lazy Sunday, and while awaiting the final decision on the DA, I'll take this opportunity to confess to two failings of mine. One is my premature investment in Omagine. The other is, I like to play around with words. With respect to the former, I'm still hopeful. With respect to the latter, I have formed another meaning for the acronym SEDA...
