Based on my advanced calculus, I would say it will hit $40 on April 1, 2014 at 4:01pm.
More seriously, I have no idea. It depends on how the market looks at these things. And it also depends on Omagine's construction and sales progress, as well as our ability to hit targets and make budgets. In short, the NPV figures came from management and was based on their own internal analysis ... who's assumptions I am not privy to nor would be in a position to agree or disagree with.
Please keep in mind that I have only been talking about book value (assets minus liabilities = net worth or book value). Investors typically assign a premium over book value if they perceive profitable growth and a discount if they see problems.
