You've clarified in my feeble mind the relationship between Omagine, Inc and Omagine LLC, Omagine's 100% owned subsidiary of which Omagine, Inc.sold a 40% interest to the Sultan et al for $70 million, thereby retaining a 60% interest. Of the 15 milion share outstanding, 4.5 million shares remain closely held, and the remaining 10.5 million shares represent the open float. Do you get it now Alton? I hope you know I'm kidding.

With my affinity for misrepresenting the facts, I think I'll become a politcian. It can be as a Democrat or Republican, I don't care. Whichever way I can make more money. That's the kind of guy I am... no scruples. That's why I thnk I'd make a good politician... or is it bad politician?
