Being on people's minds doesn't mean something is relevant. By that I mean, it should have nothing to do with current operations and capital structure and is too far in the future. Right now, it's all conjecture.

As for next year, I don't see the capital structure being revisited and/or changed until after this year. Why? Too many more important tasks to accomplish without that distraction. Once plans are finalized, construction started, and units begin to be sold, then the company will have earnings to point to and then they'll have a story to tell Wall Street. Right now, the bricks have to be put into place.
