You know, guys, there IS a school of thought that says the guys that made us rich should be the beneficiary of those they made rich. Of course, I suspect that school is a very small one, made up of Charlie, Frank, and the other officers. I suppose we could put it to vote:

All in favor of Frank and Charlie springing for a party in NYC say "Aye!".

Those in favor of the outside shareholders springing for the party, say "Aye!".

All AYE's shall accrue to the first proposal.

Proposal passes. The Ayes have it and Charlie and Frank will spring for the party.

Meeting adjourned.
