Why are you guys spending so much time discussing something that isn't even going to be considered for a long time yet? No way our capital structure will change this year as that will be, in my view, too disruptive to current business plans, and totally unnecessary for the success of the organization. There is still much work to be done. Plus it isn't worth the effort to change/amend the existing warrants to reflect a capital restructure. So my advice to all is to leave this subject alone and move on to our day jobs while enjoying the excitement over the next few weeks.
Also, keep in mind that there is at least one major player (relative to us retail investors) that does trade in our stock. If you want to know who that is, read the 10k regarding the SEDA.
Cheers (my boulder is on the market, if anyone wants to buy it).
