It's been 11 days now since the Final Meei\ting was held on February 13. I would think it's about time a resolution to the anticipated signing would have taken place by now. Hopefully, it's happening as I write this.

As an aside, I know that Sundays are working days in Oman. Does anyone know what day or days of the week are non-working days in Oman? Just curious.
