What most of us probably didn't realize, because no one mentioned it, myself included, is the all important statement in that 8-K that "MANAGEMENT HOWEVER, HAS A VERY HIGH DEGREE OF CERTAINTY IN ITS BELIEF AT THIS TIME THAT THE OMAGINE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WILL BE SIGNED IN THE VERY NEAR TERM". My fellow Americans and shareholders ---This is huge. Why you ask? I can't recall at ANYTIME in the past that management has once used this strong of a statement!
