Surprising that the MOT didn't call HM to get approval by phone and the Misistry of housing could have made a new deed this week. I don't know what their chain of command entails, but it seems that the financial officer could well call the MOT and give HM's blessings. Well, another 2 weeks, a mouth what does it matter. We can't hurry this along, as much as we would like to. But atleast God willing, the DA will be signed.
