Not surprised we haven't heard anything yet. Didn't think we would...but was hopeful. Maybe the DA will get signed this week...probably not. It's Sunday so the boys in Oman are hard at work. I use that expression lightly...very lightly..but one never knows; that's why its called a surprise.
