Why? Only reason I can fathom would be you still believe ministers are in CMA mode and don't believe that dynamic has changed. I wouldn't blame you for feeling that way, but is there any other reason that you could share with us? I'm asking in a non-dogmatic, non-judgemental manner (for the record).
