Thanks, Nick! I apologize for "ignoring" your promotion. I've got a lot of balls up in the air and somethings just don't stay in my RAM memory! Belated congratz on your promotion! If we ever have that NYC party (I've been pressing Charlie on it, but, as is his style, he remains cagey!), we'll both have to start the many toasts to Frank/Charlie and the rest of their team.

My predition is that today or sometime this week we'll hear about a specific signing date. On the other hand, it is entirely possible that the head of the MOT will just go ahead and sign it without the pomp as he seems quite keen on getting this off his plate. Either way, I'm a happy camper (or should I say, "president")!
